Fix Pasadena Voter Lookup Gaps

Pasadena Voting History Has Limits
Voting history means participation, not ballot choice. Maryland's separate history file can list voter ID, election date and type, voting method and date, precinct, early-voting location, jurisdiction, and county. Lawful Use of Pasadena Voter Data

Historic Anne Arundel Voter Records
Older Pasadena election research is filed under Anne Arundel County, not under a separate city. The Maryland State Archives catalogs election returns, poll books, registration series, and local board records by jurisdiction and record series. Historic volumes may arrange voters by election district rather than a modern precinct, ZIP code, or the present Census-designated place.
This geography is essential. Pasadena is an unincorporated postal community, so a failed search under the modern place name does not establish that no historic voter record exists.
