Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies the results. Pasadena People Search does not save a separate copy of those queries on its servers. When you send a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that can contain an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and request times. We review aggregate data to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic traffic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
This limited information helps operate Pasadena People Search, diagnose faults, assess traffic, and improve its reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Anne Arundel County and Maryland government portals, records offices, library resources, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is subject to that destination's privacy terms. The same is true when a visitor uses sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or support the service may process logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it; visitor information is not otherwise shared.
Safeguarding Visitor Information
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Pasadena People Search has no visitor account system, so it holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted such information so it can be deleted.
Your Maryland Privacy Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Commercial Law Title 14, Subtitle 47, gives eligible Maryland consumers rights concerning covered private controllers, including access, correction, deletion, portability, disclosure information, and certain opt-outs. Its protections took effect October 1, 2025, but government bodies are excluded. Because Pasadena People Search keeps little visitor data, a request will usually involve checking contact messages or available logs. Submit one through the Contact page. Government records held by Anne Arundel County or Maryland remain with those custodians and are governed separately, including by the Maryland Public Information Act, General Provisions Title 4.
Policy Revisions
Any revised policy will appear here. Using Pasadena People Search after a revision is posted signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
